- Wrong product was delivered

- Product is missing parts or accessories
2. Non-Eligible Items
- Used alkaline cartridges (consumable items)
- Products with self-damage or misuse
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Products without original packaging
3. How to Request a Return

- If approved, we arrange free reverse pickup

5. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Full cancellation allowed — 100% refund
- After Dispatch: Cannot cancel — contact us for return after delivery

6. Warranty Claims
The Lofent bottle comes with a 6-month manufacturing warranty. For warranty claims, contact us with proof of purchase and product photos. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not physical damage, drops, or misuse.
